Confidential Counseling Services - are available for children and their families by clinical staff:
- Evaluation & Assessment
- Individual, Group & Family Counseling
- Information, Education, Referral & Advocacy
- Short Term Crisis Intervention
The agency accepts third party reimbursement and/or a nominal sliding scale fee based upon individual financial circumstances.
Case Management/Community Liaison - provides support and assistance in accessing and coordinating the necessary resources and services available to children and families; to act as liaison between children, families and referring agencies providing information, referral, advocacy, and support through the identification and assessment of needs and possible gaps in service.
Student Support Services - are available at Adams Middle School to work directly with students on an individual and/or group basis in regard to substance abuse, violence and other behaviors of concern that impact on school performance and healthy functioning. In-service trainings and workshops are developed to meet the individual and/or group needs of school personnel, as well.
Parenting Programs - are available throughout the year to provide educational and interactive workshops that encourage effective strategies and practical skill building in dealing with developmental issues impacting on children and adolescents:
- Parent Support Groups
- Presentations/Discussion Groups
- Educational and Informational Workshops and Seminars
- Collaborative Parenting Initiatives
- Parent Book Club
