Checklist for Design Review Committee Submissions
CHECKLIST FOR DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE SUBMISSIONS

Introduction

The Design Review Committee (DRC) assists the Planning and Zoning Commission and reviews all site plan and commercial/industrial and institutional special permit applications.  The DRC requests that potential applicants present their projects on an informal basis prior to the formal submission of an application to the Planning and Zoning Commission.  Generally, the following submission materials are required by the DRC.  It is not necessary that projects discussed informally include all of the submission materials listed below.  In fact, an important part of the informal presentation is to determine what submission material is required.
