1. Approval of minutes:
1.1 Minutes of September 2, 2008 – Regular Meeting
2. Public Forum (limited to 2 minutes regarding agenda items)
3. Finance Director (Sheila Riegelmann):
3.1 Receive monthly report from Finance Director.
3.2 Discuss and take possible action on Resolution for the Delegation
of Determinations and Actions in Connection with the Issue of
Borrowings September 15, 2008.
4. Discuss and take possible action on Memorandum of Agreement between
the State of Connecticut, Department of Emergency Management & Homeland Security and the Town of Guilford regarding state use of funding granted by the Department of Homeland Security.
5. Discuss and take possible action the final wording of the Town Charter questions that are to appear on the ballot.
6. Consider and take possible action on request from individual to purchase a
20-year old sander motor no longer being used from the town for $50.
7. Appointments and Resignations:
7.1 Act on recommendation to appoint Anita Catardi as an alternate to the Public Works Commission for a term to expire May 31, 2010.
