2. Public Forum (limited to 2 minutes regarding agenda items)
3. Finance Director (Sheila Riegelmann):
3.1 Receive monthly report from Finance Director
4. Town Engineer (Jim Portley):
4.1 Discuss and take possible action on road bond reduction for Landon’s
Way in the Landon’s Knoll Subdivision.
5. Superintendent of Highways (John Volpe):
5.1 Consider and take possible action on Bid #12-0708 – Winter Rock Salt.
5.2 Discuss and take possible action on Bid #13-0708 – Screened Sand for
Snow and Ice Removal.
5.3 Public Works Department Monthly Report
6. Parks and Recreation Director (Rick Maynard):
6.1 Discuss and take possible action on request from the Parks and
Recreation Department to place a portable ice rink on the Green
weather permitting.
7. Consider and take possible action on setting a second public hearing date,
if needed, to receive additional public comment on the Charter Revision Commission Draft Report.
8. Appointments and Resignations:
8.1 Act on resignation received from Barbara Henningson from the
Board of Ethics.
8.2 Act on resignation received from Eric Anderson from the Standing
Building Committee.
9. Requests for Use of Town Property:
9.1 Act on request from the Guilford Youth Lacrosse Association to place
a sign on the Green advertising its Spring Registration. (Sign
Placement December 19-January 9)
9.2 Act on request from the Dudley Farm to place a sign on the Green
advertising its Farmers market taking place the first Saturday of
each month from January to April. (Request is for two weeks prior
each month, starting December 17th)
