*1.     Proposed Amendment to the Zoning Code: Add to §273-2 a definition of Impervious Surface; Delete         §273-48 and substitute new §273-48.  Impervious Surfaces.   Purpose is to provide limits on the         development of impervious surface in order to protect the surface and groundwater resources of the      Town; Establish Vulnerable Local Watersheds (VLW) overlay; Limits in commercial and Industrial Zones:   MU/C1, MU/C2, MU/OS, SCW, MR-1, I-1, I-2 – no greater than 40%; C-4W, PV2, TS2 – no greater than        55%; PV, SC, TS – no greater than 60%;  C-1 – no greater than 70%; Modification possible by     submitting StormWater Management plan that shows mitigation of adverse impacts of impervious    surface.  Changes to Table 3: Add new line #13 to Table 3 for impervious Surface limits.  Amend line    #11 of Table 3: “The total ground floor area of buildings…”  Received 10/03.
