The Planning & Zoning Commission Site Walk Committee will meet on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 4:30 PM to walk the following applications:

Municipal Coastal Site Plan Review (CAM): Repair & rebuild retaining wall.

Municipal Coastal Site Plan Review (CAM): 2nd floor addition, sunroom, deck, septic within 100 ft. of costal resources.

property located at 57 Mill Rd. Map 46, Lot 62, Zone R-5.
Revision to Special Permit: Reconstruct building, continue non-profit banquet facility and lounge. Municipal Coastal Site Plan and Site Plan Revision: Part of building within 100 ft. of the West River.
This meeting is open to the public.
