1. Approve minutes of:
1.1 Minutes of November 5, 2007 – Regular Meeting
2. Public Forum (limited to 2 minutes regarding agenda items)
3. Finance Director (Sheila Riegelmann):
3.1 Receive monthly report from Finance Director.
3.2 Discuss and take possible action on salary transfer for the Guilford Employee’s Association and Confidential-Non Supervisor employees and recommend it to the Board of Finance.
4. Town Engineer (Jim Portley):
4.1 Consider and take possible action on requests for plowing of subdivision roads.
5. Superintendent of Highways (John Volpe):
5.1 Discuss and take possible action on request to use $2,525 from the Public Works operating budget to supplement $9,000 from the capital budget to pay for the upgrade of the fuel system.
5.2 Consider and take possible action on award of Bid #10-0708 - Fuel Monitoring System for Public Works.
5.3 Discuss and take possible action on request to waive the bidding procedures for screened sand for snow removal and remain with current vendor Seashore Construction.
5.4 Consider and take possible action on request to waive bidding for
bulk salt for snow and ice control and remain with current vendor
Morton Salt.
5.5 Receive Public Works Department Monthly Report.
6. Parks and Recreation:
6.1 Consider and take possible action on award of RFP # 02-0708 -
Professional services to provide the Department of Parks and
Recreation Commission a comprehensive study of selected job
descriptions.
7. Discuss and take possible action on resolution renewing the town’s
commitment to continue participation in the regional hazardous waste
collection center for a minimum three-year period from July 1, 2008
to June 30, 2011.
8. Consider and take possible action on request from the Dudley Foundation
to acquire the unused backhoe at the transfer station.
9. Discuss and take possible action on proclamation declaring November 2007
National Adoption Month.
10. Requests for Use of Town Property:
10.1 Act on request form the Guilford Chamber of Commerce to use the
Guilford Green for the Annual Tree Lighting taking place
November 30, 2007.
10.2 Act on request from the Country School to place a sign on the Green
advertising its Holiday Boutique taking place November 28-30, 2007.

10.3 Act on annual request from the Guilford Community Fund to place a sign on the Green advertising its yearly Fundraising Sign on the southwest corner of the Green from November 19, 2007 to February 2008.
10.4 Act on request from the Dudley Foundation to place a sign on the
Green advertising its Christmas Open House and Market taking
place December 1, 2007 (Rain Date December 8). (Sign Placement
November 19-December 2, 2007) (6th Sign 11/19-11/23)(5th Sign 11/24-
12/1)
10.5 Act on request from the Boy Scouts of America Troop 471 to use the
town recycling center for its annual Christmas tree recycling project
taking place January 5 & 12, 2008 and to place a sign on the Green
advertising the event. (Sign Placement 12/30/07-1/13/08)
