· The Natural Resources Inventory and Assessment and its inclusion
in the Plan of Conservation and Development.
· The Harbor Management Plan
2. Approve minutes of:
2.1 Minutes of October 15, 2007 – Regular Meeting
3. Public Forum (limited to 2 minutes regarding agenda items)
4. Environmental Town Planner (Leslie Kane):
4.1 Discuss and take possible action authorizing the first selectman to
apply for a 2007 Agricultural Viability Grant on behalf of the
Agricultural Commission.
5. Parks and Recreation Director (Rick Maynard):
5.1 Discuss and take possible action on award of Bid #07-0708 – Ford
Super Duty F-350 Pickup Truck.
5.2 Consider and take possible action on award of Bid #08-0708 – Body for the F350 Pickup Truck.
6. Housing Authority:
6.1 Discussion of building permit fees for the Sachem Hollow project.
7. Golf Course Commission:
7.1 Receive report from the Guilford Lakes Golf Course Commission.
8. As a result of the public hearing, discuss and take possible action on:
· The Harbor Management Plan
· Inclusion of the Natural Resource Inventory as part of the Plan of Conservation and Development.
9. Appointments and Resignations:
9.1 Remove from table and take possible action on appointment of P.
Martha Carlson to the Board of Police Commissioners to fill a
vacancy for a term to expire June 30, 2010.
9.2 Act on recommendation to appoint Eric Mull to the Shellfish
Commission for a term to expire February 28, 2011.
10. Requests for Use of Town Property:
10.1 Act on request from the American Red Cross to place a sign on the
Green advertising its Blood Drive taking place November 14, 2007.

10.2 Act on request from the Starship Dance Theater to place a sign on the
Green advertising its Magic Toyshop Performance taking place
November 30 – December 2, 2007. (Sign Placement 11/16-11/30)
10.3 Act on request from the Rotary Club to use the Green and to place a sign on the Green advertising its Annual Frosty 5K Road Race taking place January 1, 2008. (Sign Placement 11/20/07-1/1/08)
