*1. Amendment to the Zoning Code. Amend the Zoning Code to allow Museums in the Commercial, Marine
Recreation and Industrial districts. Amend §273-20. Commercial, marine recreation and industrial districts. by adding a new line to Table 2B; “50. Museums [P in all zones]” [Note: Museums are allowed by Special Permit in the residential zones] and
Amend §273-2. Word usage; definitions. by adding; “MUSEUMS – Facilities for the display of art, crafts or historical objects or materials including educational spaces, retail stores and restaurants when accessory to the principal use and which may be operated as a not-for-profit, non-profit or for-profit purpose depending on the zone.” Received 9/19.
*2. Amendment to the Zoning Code. Amend §273-26 A. Fences. by adding the following:
“(3) Any fence erected on or in the vicinity of a common property line requires the finished side be installed facing the adjoining property.” Received 9/19.
