4. Discuss and take possible action on legal matter. (Executive Session may be required).
5. Appointments and Resignations.
5.1 Act on appointment of Michael Ayles to the Board of Finance to fill a vacancy for a
term to expire November 6, 2007.
5.2 Act on recommendation to appoint Jim Lamb as an alternate member to the
Guilford Lakes Golf Course Commission for a term to expire September 30, 2008.
6. Correspondence
6.1 Discuss and take possible action on request from Economic Development Commission
to remove two members from the Commission.
