2.      Appoint a commission member to present the budget on Wednesday January 10, 2007 at 11am at the Town Hall.


3.      Discuss Amendment to the Complex application fee to reflect the town ordinance with the cost of reviewing the application be 110% to be paid by the applicant.
Complex Application fee as read from the Inland Wetland Regulations.

Complex application fee:  The Commission may charge an additional fee sufficient to cover the cost of reviewing and acting on complex applications.  Such fee may include, but not be limited to, the cost of retaining experts to analyze, review, and report on issues requiring experts.  The Commission or the duly authorized agent shall estimate the complex application fee, which shall be paid in full by the applicant within 15 days of the applicant’s receipt of such estimate.  Any application with an unpaid fee shall be determined to be incomplete.  Any portion of the complex application fee in excess of the actual cost shall be refunded to the applicant no later than 30 days after publication of the Commission’s decision.
