PUBLIC HEARING

707 Tanner Marsh Road (Lot #6 “Old Kuttawoo”).  Map 81, Lot 20A-6, Zone R-5.  Resubdivision - 3 lots
on 5.4 acres and Coastal Area Management Site Plan - Resubdivision more than 100 ft. away from
coastal resources. Received 11/16.

2.      Adoption of Municipal Aquifer Protection Area Regulations as required by CGS §22a-345o.

2.      C&C Pizza, LLC. (Thomas Coppola); property located at 1200 Boston Post Road.  Map 46, Lot 49, Zone
PV.  Revision to Site Plan and Coastal Area Management Application: to add to existing cement slab
(7’ x 9’) and place walk-in cooler on top.  § 273-91.  Receive and request for action.

ZEO seeking permission to begin municipal fine citation proceedings for the following;

1.      Violation of § 273-75, General standards, § 273-75. I, Flood hazard areas, § 273-75. L. Outside storage and filling and grading without site plan approval, and possible violation of § 273-35. Reapproved 5-18-05.  Request (12/14) Attorney Roger Sullivan for final extension to 1-31-06 to file mylars.
        (Final date of all extensions would be 2-11-06).
