1.1 Minutes of December 5, 2005 – Regular Meeting Agenda

3. Finance Director (Sheila Riegelmann):
3.1 Receive monthly report from Finance Director.
3.2 Discuss and take possible action on transfer from Reserve for Personnel to salary accounts as a result of NAGE Contract settlement.
4. Town Engineer (Jim Portley):
4.1 Discuss and take possible action on request for snow removal on
Jennifer Drive.
4.2 Consider and take possible action on request for road bond reduction
for the Franklin’s Way Subdivision.
5. Town Clerk: (Jan Teft):
5.1 Consider and take possible action on reappointment of COTT
Computer Services to be the examiner of the Guilford Land Records.
6. Discuss and take possible action on proclamation declaring January 21, 2006
as Winter Wonderland Walk for The Cure Day in Guilford.
7. Consider and take possible action on proclamation declaring February 3,
2006 as “Wear Red Day for Women” in Guilford.
8. Appointments and Resignations:
8.1 Act on resignation of Kevin Lembo from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
8.2 Act on resignation of Renee Pallenberg as liaison to the Guilford
Youth and Family Services Advisory Board.
8.3 Act on appointment of Barry Stratton to the Water Pollution Control
Authority to fill a vacancy for a term to expire July 31, 2006.
9. Requests for Use of Town Property:
9.1 Act on request from the Guilford Savings Bank and the Parks and
Recreation Department to place a skating rink on the Green from
January 14-February 12, 2006.
9.2 Act on request from the Guilford Savings Bank and the Parks and
Recreation Department to use the Green and to place a sign on the Green advertising a Winter Festival taking place February 10-12, 2006. (Sign Placement January 3-17, 2006)
