1. Consider and take possible action on authorizing first selectman to sign
contract for Phase 1 of the Board of Education Planning/Feasibility Study.
2. Discuss and take possible action on revision of land description for the
Thain property and send it to Planning and Zoning for mandatory
referral and Board of Finance.
3. Consider and take possible action on award of Bid #14-0506 – 10 Wheel
Dump Truck.
4. Remove from table and take possible action to waive the bidding and
award contract for salt.
5. Discuss and take possible action on proclamations.
6. Consider and take possible action on proposal from the Guilford
Center for Children regarding the Woodruff property.
