1.      Approve minutes of:

        1.1     Minutes of September 19, 2005 – Regular Meeting

2.      Public Forum (limited to 2 minutes regarding agenda items)

3.      Assessor (Ed Corapinski):

        3.1     Discussion of software programs and upcoming revaluation.

4.      Executive Assistant (Joyce Forte):

4.1     Consider and take possible action on extension of previous
        Bid #11-0304 – Screened Sand for Snow and Ice Removal.

4.2     Discuss and take possible action on awarding red sand per
        State Bid #05PSX0196.

4.3     Discuss and take possible action to waive the bidding and
        award contract for salt.        

5.      Consider and take possible action on plaques for new Green lighting
        fixtures.

6.      Discuss and take possible action on donation of computers.

7.      Appointments and Resignations:

7.1     Act on appointment of Colin MacKenzie to the Library Building
        Committee.

7.2     Act on appointment of Ron Girioni to the Library Building
        Committee.

8.      Requests for Use of Town Property:

8.1     Act on request from the Guilford Art Center to place a sign on the
        Green advertising its Annual Holiday Sale of Fine Art and Craft
        taking place October 24-December 31, 2005.  (Sign Placement
        October 21-November 4)

8.2     Act on request from the Guilford Food Bank to place a sign on the
        Green advertising its town wide Food Drive taking place October
        22, 2005.  (Sign Placement October 8-22)

8.3     Act on request from the Dudley Foundation to place a sign on the
        Green advertising its Harvest Day taking place October 22, 2005.
